- Professional Experience: At least 6 years of backend development, with significant architecture or platform work, plus proven experience as a people manager, leading a team's execution and delivery.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep Kubernetes and AWS experience (EKS, EC2, RDS, S3), including cloud cost drivers. Hands-on experience with Redpanda (Kafka), RabbitMQ, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and Grafana/Prometheus.
- Problem Solving: You can reason through an unfamiliar problem out loud and outline sound solutions with their trade-offs.
