- Experience formulating and implementing strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical skills: interpreting data, running qualitative and quantitative research, and turning results into clear takeaways
- Strong operator mindset: outcome-driven, hands-on with execution, and comfortable owning results end-to-end
- Proven stakeholder management across Product, Data, Marketing, and business leaders
- A collaborative, low-ego team player who works well both independently and as part of a broader group
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced English
