DRS RADA, a leading defense high-tech company specializing in radar systems development, is seeking a motivated and skilled PMO to join our R&D department.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 3-4 years of experience in relevant roles.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, assertiveness, and a proactive mindset.
- Systemic and process-oriented thinking, with the ability to analyze and optimize workflows.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Experience in building and managing Gantt-based work plans, with proficiency in MS Project.
- Previous experience as a PMO is considered a significant advantage.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary R&D companies is required.
- Experience with BI tools and/or BI-related work is required.
- Experience with Jira and Priority is an advantage.
