Matia is at the forefront of the DataOps revolution, building a unified platform that streamlines data management from end-to-end.
דרישות
- Experience: 5+ years as a Product Designer, including time at an early stage B2B startup.
- Craft and Taste: A portfolio of shipped, high fidelity product work with strong visual judgment in typography, layout, and hierarchy. We look closely at the pixels, not only the process.
- Technical Skills: Expert in Figma, including components, variants, variables, and auto layout, with hands-on experience building or rebuilding a design system.
- Domain Knowledge: Experience designing complex, data dense products such as developer tools, infrastructure, analytics, or data platforms.
- Mindset: High urgency and full ownership. You close loops without being asked, and you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- AI Fluency: You already use AI tools in your design workflow every week and want to push them further.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal English, and the confidence to present and defend design decisions to PMs, engineers, and leadership.
- Data Tools Experience: Experience within a data tools company (e.g., ETL, Reverse ETL, Observability, Catalog). (advantage)
- First Designer: Experience as the first or only designer at a startup. (advantage)
- Brand and Marketing: Experience contributing to brand, website, or marketing design alongsid (advantage)
