We are looking for a Senior Director of Finance to join our leadership team in Israel. This role reports directly to Deputy GM, RADA Israel Leader and operates in close partnership with the BU CFO, functioning within a matrix organizational structure.

- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, including senior leadership roles (Director / Sr. Director level)
- Proven experience in a global / US corporate environment
- Significant experience in industrial/manufacturing organizations is required
- Experience in technology, defense, or other engineering-driven companies is a strong advantage
- Strong background in FP&A, financial reporting, and operational finance
- Experience managing matrix reporting lines and working with corporate HQ functions
- CPA is a must; MBA – advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
