Money is fundamental to how people and businesses operate, but it often sits outside the software they use every day. Unit changes that. Unit is a financial infrastructure platform that enables technology companies to store, move, spend, and lend money inside their product.
דרישות
- 5+ years of backend development experience, ideally in a product-driven environment where you've owned features
- A product mindset: you ask "why are we building this?" and you care about the customer experience, not just the technical implementation.
- Comfort working across the full backend lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and on-call ownership.
- Experience building and maintaining reliable systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Solid understanding of distributed systems concepts: consistency, availability, failure modes, and observability.
- Experience with CI/CD and modern deployment practices.
- Fintech, payments, or developer-platform experience is a strong plus.
- Production experience with Kubernetes — advantage.
- Experience with Scala, ZIO, Cats, or functional programming — advantage.
- Familiarity with DDD, Event Sourcing, or CQRS — advantage.
