- 5+ years of product management experience, including significant ownership of technically complex platform or enterprise software products.
- Deep technical understanding of data models, APIs, access control, and integrations, with the ability to engage in architectural discussions and make informed product decisions.
- A proven track record of building direct customer relationships and translating customer needs into syngertic platform capabilities with measurable value.
- Demonstrated ability to define a compelling long-term vision, identify opportunities for innovation, and translate them into an actionable roadmap.
- Proven success leading complex initiatives across multiple teams and influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority.
- Strong product judgment, including the ability to balance immediate customer needs with scalable platform investments.
- ability to hold and combine both platform level considerations as well as domain specific constraints.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and business audiences.
