DRS RADA is a global pioneer of RADAR systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance.
דרישות
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Component Engineering, Hardware Engineering, RF Engineering, or a similar technical role.
- Experience managing RF, electronic, mechanical, and material components throughout the product lifecycle.
- Knowledge of component qualification, reliability analysis, obsolescence management, and alternate part approval processes.
- Familiarity with PLM and ERP systems such as Teamcenter, Oracle, or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and datasheets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in defense, aerospace, radar, RF, or communication systems. (advantage)
- Knowledge of RoHS, REACH, and export control requirements. (advantage)
- Experience working directly with suppliers and component manufacturers. (advantage)
- Familiarity with military and aerospace component standards. (advantage)
