Zenity is the first security and governance platform purpose-built for AI agents — spanning SaaS, home-grown platforms, and end-user devices.
דרישות
- 5+ years of experience in engineering leadership, with direct management of both software engineering and Platform/DevOps/Infrastructure functions
- 9+ years of overall experience in the field
- Proven experience scaling technical teams in a high-growth startup environment
- Deep hands-on background in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, and CI/CD at scale
- Strong familiarity with modern AI concepts and practical experience applying AI to engineering workflows (e.g., agent orchestration, AI-driven developer tooling)
- Excellent communication skills and experience partnering with cross-functional leadership
- Experience in cybersecurity or a related regulated/enterprise domain is a strong plus
- Experience with identity, data, or cloud security platforms (advantage)
- Background in building developer platforms or internal tooling (advantage)
- Experience operating in regulated/enterprise environments (e.g., FedRAMP, SOC2) (advantage)
