- Significant leadership experience managing large, multi-layered teams , including managers and senior professionals.
- Proven ability to lead complex, long-cycle processes involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies and regulatory interfaces.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including the ability to work with economic models, business plans and financing parameters.
- Highly analytical, organized, and able to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, real estate or another highly regulated, process-intensive industry – a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with planning, permitting, land/RMI or electricity/grid processes – an advantage, but not a prerequisite .
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Entrepreneurial, ambitious and execution-oriented mindset, with a strong drive for excellence.
- Fluent English.
