- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ML, AI, or Data Science, with real production deployments (not just research or POCs)
- Strong background in data modeling, data pipelines, and infrastructure design
- Comfortable context-switching between writing code and communicating technical decisions to stakeholders
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and working in a fast-moving environment
- Experience in cybersecurity or security-adjacent domains (advantage)
- Familiarity with LLMs, NLP, and GenAI in production environments (advantage)
- Experience at a startup (Series B-D stage) (advantage)
- Background in building analytics or BI alongside AI (advantage)
