- 3+ years of experience and proven track record of success in revenue operations, revenue strategy, pricing, Go-to-Market or related roles within the Fintech or payments industries
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling, data analysis, and market research
- AI-native, with a strong understanding of how to apply AI tools and automation to improve decision-making, productivity and business outcomes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-appropriate messages
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to shifting priorities, maintain attention to detail, and deliver on time
- Ability to work independently to strict timelines while collaborating effectively with a diverse team of professionals
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats, navigating ambiguity and taking on responsibility beyond the traditional scope of Revenue Operations when needed
- Experience working in a global or multi-regional environment is preferred
- Professional fluency in English required
