- Experience: 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including experience as a tech lead.
- Architecture: Proven experience designing large-scale distributed and event-driven systems (Kafka/SQS), high-scale APIs and data models.
- Engineering: Strong hands-on coding skills and a solid foundation in system design, algorithms and testing.
- Leadership: Strong ownership, cross-team influence without formal authority, clear communication, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Practical experience building with LLMs (RAG, agents, evaluation) and driving AI adoption within engineering teams. (advantage)
- Background in cybersecurity, especially vulnerability management, attack surface management or CNAPP. (advantage)
