- Track record of driving impact and influencing decisions across multiple stakeholder groups
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment while maintaining strategic focus
- Strong analytical mindset with experience turning data into business strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and building consensus across diverse teams
- Ready to work in an office environment most days of the week
