דרישות
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, IT operations, or system administration, gained at a company, in military service, or in a similar setting.
- Confidence working with user accounts, permissions, and troubleshooting on macOS and Windows. Experience with Google Workspace or Okta is an advantage.
- Real curiosity about AI: you already use AI tools yourself and see them as a way to do your job better.
- A fast, independent learner who takes on new challenges and can keep things running when the rest of the team is away.
- Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English, with the patience to support both technical and non-technical employees while handling several requests at once.
