Nova seeks an experienced Material Manager to join our operations organization and ensure the reliable availability of materials required to meet production and customer delivery commitments.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in material planning, production planning, supply chain, or logistics within a multidisciplinary manufacturing environment
- Proven managerial experience in leading and developing a Planning, Materials, Supply Chain, or Operational team
- Strong experience working cross-functionally with Production, Purchasing, Warehouses, and other operational interfaces
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into operational decisions and actions
- Experience working with ERP systems
- High proficiency in Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive alignment, influence stakeholders, and ensure execution across multiple interfaces
- Experience working with Oracle Cloude ERP systems - Advantage
- Familiarity with inventory management and optimization methodologies - Advantage
- Experience with supply chain KPIs (OTD, shortages, inventory turns, etc.) - Advantage
- Strong team management with excellent interpersonal skills
