- 5+ years of software engineering experience building production systems
- 3+ years of professional Python development experience
- Hands-on experience designing and developing production GenAI applications
- Strong understanding of LLMs, agentic systems, RAG, tool calling, prompt engineering, and evaluation
- Experience using GenAI observability tools for tracing, monitoring, evaluating, optimizing and debugging AI applications
- Strong experience with Docker and cloud environments (preferably AWS).
- Strong coding standards and experience with testing, CI/CD, observability, and production troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate technical ideas and trade-offs
- High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- A collaborative, responsible team player with a genuine passion for GenAI and continuous learning
- Hands-on experience with Google ADK (advantage)
- Experience defining AWS infrastructure using AWS CDK (advantage)
