דרישות
- 6 or more years of experience as a legal counsel, ideally in house within a technology company, with a strong preference for the chip industry or deep tech.
- Strong experience in commercial law, technology transactions, and licensing, with a proven track record leading and negotiating complex agreements.
- Hands on experience working with AI tools (such as Claude or other generative AI platforms) to improve legal work, including contract review, drafting, and research, with sound judgment on confidentiality and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior management and influence decision making.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to develop long term plans.
- KPI oriented approach to managing legal processes and contributing to business success.
- Excellent written and spoken English. Other languages are an advantage.
- Proactive, solution oriented approach with excellent analytical and communication skills.
