- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing cybersecurity roles , with a strong background in hands-on Solutions Engineering or Solutions Architecture, ideally in a post-sales role at a security vendor.
- Proven ownership of enterprise customer strategy and technical outcomes , including discovery, deployment planning, success plans, executive reviews, and ongoing adoption.
- Strong technical depth , with the ability to scope a deployment, read API documentation and logs, assess integration requirements, and discuss specific technical findings with R&D before escalating.
- Strong cybersecurity expertise and a solid understanding of modern AI technologies and architectures , including generative AI, LLM applications, RAG, AI agents, AI development pipelines, and MCP.
