Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in physical security operations or site security within a tech company or large enterprise environment.
- Direct experience supervising security officers, SOC operators, and outsourced vendor teams.
- Hands-on operational experience with enterprise Access Control Systems (ACS), CCTV/Video Management Systems (VMS), and visitor management tools.
- Experience with specific enterprise security platforms. (advantage)
- Relevant security and management certification. (advantage)
- Experience supporting physical security deployments during new site build-outs or office expansions. (advantage)
