- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optics or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of multidisciplinary system engineering experience in an advanced technology R&D environment.
- Strong expertise in system operation, performance analysis and troubleshooting.
- Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience leading technical activities across multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to influence and drive results without direct managerial authority.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
- Experience with optical systems. (advantage)
- Experience with metrology systems. (advantage)
- Experience working in cleanroom environments (advantage)
