Lumia is an early-stage startup backed by Team8 and NewEra, working on some of the hardest problems in AI security. We're a small team based in Israel and abroad, and we work hard, laugh a lot and care about each other.

- Experience managing budgets and vendors; comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack and expense tools like Ramp (e.g., Concur, Bill.com , Expensify)
- 2-3 years in a similar role, ideally at a startup or tech company
- Excellent English is a must, along with fluent Hebrew
- Very organized and good at juggling many things at once
- Independent, motivated and open to new areas
- Background or education in HR (advantage)
- Experience with recruitment or supporting hiring processes (advantage)
- Experience working with HR or people systems and other G&A departments (e..g., Finance and IT) (advantage)
