Elsight is looking for a Director of Business Development t o own the Israel Defense Market and grow our business across the IDF, the Ministry of Defense, and Israel’s leading defense companies.

דרישות

• 4+ years of B2B sales experience in defense-related sales, preferably in ISR, UAV, C4I, or unmanned-connectivity/IoT systems.
• A strong grasp of Israeli MOD and government procurement processes , including experience responding to tenders and navigating complex sales cycles
• Experience working with distributors, resellers , or  local defense sector
• Excellent Hebrew and English.
• A hands-on, execution-focused approach with the ability to build pipeline from scratch and drive results independently
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
• Independent, execution-focused, and mission-driven.
