The HW Group is part of Nova's multidisciplinary R&D organization and plays a critical role in developing next-generation semiconductor metrology systems.
דרישות
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline from a leading university.
- 3+ years of experience in the development, integration, and testing of complex electro-opto-mechanical hardware systems.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary systems, such as electro-optical, opto-mechanical, robotic, or precision instrumentation systems.
- Experience using MATLAB, Python, LabVIEW, JMP, or similar engineering tools for analysis and testing.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, laser interferometers, and other advanced measurement instruments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities.
- Experience with optical systems is an advantage.
- Semiconductor industry and capital equipment experience are an advantage.
- Passion for hands-on engineering and developing advanced technological systems.
- Natural curiosity and a desire to understand how complex systems operate and perform.
- Strong ownership and accountability, with the ability to independently drive technical activities and deliver results.
