- 6+ years in systems engineering, modern IT infrastructure, or DevOps.
- Identity Expert: Deep, hands-on administration experience with Okta (advanced lifecycle management, API integrations, and SAML/OIDC configuration).
- MDM Expert: Advanced engineering experience with Jamf Pro (building configuration profiles, managing extension attributes, and scripting policy deployments).
- AI Literacy: Proven track record of using AI tools (e.g., Copilots, LLM APIs) to accelerate scripting or optimize IT workflows.
- Automation: Highly proficient in scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) and using SaaS integration platforms (e.g., Okta Workflows, Workato).
- A "SaaS-first" mindset that favors API integration and automation over manual configuration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain complex technical architecture simply.
