- 5+ years of relevant experience in Field Service, Technical Support, or a similar hands-on technical role supporting multidisciplinary systems.
- Proven hands-on experience servicing and troubleshooting complex mechanical/multidisciplinary equipment.
- Experience working directly with customers and/or international partners.
- Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, networking, remote diagnostics, and troubleshooting tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to take ownership of issues through resolution.
- Ability to work effectively and calmly in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to different audiences.
- Fluent English - Must.
- Full Willingness and ability to travel internationally as require
