The Director of Product Management is responsible for defining and executing Webbing's product strategy while leading a team of Product Managers. This role combines strategic thinking with operational excellence to ensure successful delivery of products that create measurable customer and business value.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- MBA is an advantage.
- 10+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 4 years leading Product Managers.
- Proven experience managing enterprise software, SaaS, cloud platforms, telecommunications, connectivity, IoT, or mobile technologies.
- Proven experience with AI tools and building AI based product
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Experience managing complex product roadmaps and multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in IoT Connectivity, eSIM, MVNO, Enterprise Mobility, or telecommunications. (advantage)
- Experience working with global B2B customers. (advantage)
- Experience building AI-enabled products. (advantage)
