Nova seeks a Service (RMA) Material Planner Team Leader to join our operations organization and take ownership of material planning, replenishment, and availability to support RMA repair activities and meet customers service delivery targets.
דרישות
- At least 5 years of experience in Planning, demand analysis, material availability, inventory management and experience in team leadership.
- Experience working in a complex, global, and cross-functional operational environment.
- Strong understanding of material planning, MRP, replenishment, inventory management, supply constraints.
- Experience with ERP / Oracle Cloud / Oracle Fusion Cloud is an advantage
- Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations to management.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and fast-paced environment
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
- Strong ownership and accountability
- High attention to detail and structured way of working
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
