- Hands-on audit experience: you have either worked directly with external / regulatory auditors (preparing evidence, data sets and written responses) or performed internal audit yourself.
- 5+ years of experience in creating compliance processes and flows, and in leading cross-functional projects to completion.
- Proven track record of successfully modernizing, enhancing, automating and documenting complex processes and workflows; hands-on experience with AI / LLM tools (e.g., Claude) and with data tools (Excel / Lo
