- B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, or a technical discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience in technical program management.
- Experience with the production, deployment, or integration of sophisticated hardware and software systems.
- Experience with government customers, contracts, and formal deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive work to completion with limited direction.
- Sufficient depth to engage effectively in technical discussions across the program lifecycle.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, both in Hebrew and in English.
- Experience delivering aerospace, defense, robotics, autonomous, or other highly integrated technical systems. (advantage)
- Experience driving a hardware product from prototype through qualification and into production. (advantage)
- Experience with project management software and modern PM tools. (advantage)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and simplify complex problems. (advantage)
