Requirements
- Proficiency in programming (Python preferred; other languages acceptable)
- Experience working with REST APIs for data exchange between systems
- Interest and some experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, or similar) to help build software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of business logic
- A genuine willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Openness to picking up BI/dashboarding tools (e.g., Domo).
- Experience with Jira development (e.g., Groovy scripting, workflow automation) (advantage)
- Prior experience working with information systems (e.g., Jira, SFDC, NetSuite) (advantage)
- Experience building an application or internal tool from scratch, even a small one (advantage)
- Familiarity with cloud-based and on-prem automation and integration tools (advantage)
- Familiarity with BI/dashboarding tools (Domo, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) (advantage)
