דרישות
- At least five years of System Administration experience, including three years in a managerial or leadership role (must).
- Proven expertise in Windows, macOS, and Linux environments and administration best practices (must).
- Extensive hands-on experience with routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN solutions (must).
- Demonstrated experience managing hybrid-cloud infrastructure (must).
- Ability to automate IT operations using Bash, Python, or PowerShell (must).
- Familiarity with AI-assisted IT operations, API integrations, and workflow automation platforms (advantage).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Availability for on-call duty and urgent response outside regular working hours in case of critical outages (must).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with clear communication and accountability.
- Analytical and creative problem-solving, with the initiative to identify opportunities and deliver measurable improvements.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and projects while maintaining ownership through completion.
- A structured, resilient approach under pressure and a commitment to continuous learning.
