- Hands‑on experience using GenAI tools for prototyping, discovery, experimentation, or productivity (advantage)
- Experience in Customer Experience, Contact Center, CCaaS, WEM, or enterprise SaaS platforms (advantage)
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including model behavior, evaluation, and lifecycle considerations (advantage)
- Experience with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) (advantage)
- Familiarity with IP telephony, recording, compliance, or regulated enterprise environments (advantage)
