- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in tech companies and startups, with experience recruiting for technical roles.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across different roles.
- Hands-on experience with HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- A proactive, resourceful, and hands-on approach, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A positive, can-do attitude, with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach.
- A team-oriented individual with strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach.
- Experience working with global teams and HR systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
