The Motion Control & Electronics department at Nova is looking for a Motion Control Expert to develop complex metrology systems for ultra-high precision measurements of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
דרישות
- B.Sc. in Electronics/Mechanics or Mechatronics Engineering from a leading academic institute – mandatory.
- M.Sc. in Electronics/Mechanics or Mechatronics Engineering from a leading academic institute – an advantage
- At least 5 years of experience in Motion Control design, Working in R&D Team
- Previous experience in the semiconductor/printing/defense/medical equipment industries – an advantage
- Proven leadership skills, exemplified by successfully leading multidisciplinary projects within a matrix organization, effectively coordinating internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Expertise in leveraging control simulations, servo algorithms and data analysis for performance optimization and root cause investigation.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-based engineering tools to accelerate development, debugging, documentation, research, and problem solving.
- Developed and implemented training sessions for team members, enhancing overall departmental proficiency in motion control and servo algorithms.
- Willingness to travel abroad (once a quarter)
- Excellent technical skills and systemic understanding
- A strong "team player" with a hands-on approach
