- 10+ years in R&D and/or Product Management
- 3+ years leading engineering/product teams - managing managers is a must.
- Fintech experience is a must.
- A track record of building, scaling, and retaining teams that ship products end-to-end.
- Strong hands-on technical foundation - TypeScript, Node.js, React, SQL (Redux, Jest a plus) - enough to review specs and architecture credibly.
- 2+ years working with AI tools and LLM orchestration, and a clear point of view on AI-augmented delivery.
- Comfortable leading a distributed team across sites and time zones (Tel Aviv / Dubai).
- Comfortable leading a multi-cultural team
- Ability to set and hold a quality bar across multiple teams at once.
- Commercial-first thinking, using data to challenge your teams' assumptions (and your own).
- Excellent English.
- Bonus: exposure to regulated payments, reconciliation, or large-scale system migrations.
