- B. Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Mechanical engineering from a recognized university
- At Least 5 years of experience in flow and thermal simulations
- Ability to analytically model simple problems
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate effectively within a team, and adapt flexibly to changes.
- Experience in thermal management of power electronics (advantage)
- Familiarity with electronic packaging design (advantage)
- Familiarity with mechanical design for manufacturing by plastic injection, die casting, metal forming, and mass production (advantage)
- Familiarity with PCB design (advantage)
