- 3+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity roles
- Strong knowledge of network security fundamentals
- Customer-facing experience: comfortable presenting to technical and executive audiences alike
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Curiosity and comfort working with AI-driven and automation-based security tools
- Willingness to travel regularly across the country, with occasional international travel as needed
- Background in offensive security / penetration testing (advantage)
- Security certifications (OSCP, CEH, GPEN, or similar) significant advantage
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts as applied to cybersecurity - advantage
- Experience with modern exposure-management practices - advantage
