- 1-3 years of management experience , preferably managing international teams.
- Proven experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment , preferably within a technology/high-tech company.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
- Excellent English communication skills , both written and verbal. Additional languages are a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex financial and operational data.
- Hands-on experience with Excel and SQL - strong advantage
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of ownership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and operate effectively in a constantly changing environment.
