- 4+ years of proven experience in security engineering and IT administration.
- Strong understanding of security principles, networking, and system administration.
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with operating systems and platforms (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android).
- Experience with Active Directory and Google Admin Console.
- Knowledge of data backup, recovery, and access control practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service orientation and strong teamwork abilities.
- Fluent English.
