Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. - 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Procurement Operations, Finance Operations, P2P, or a related operational role, with a strong understanding of end-to-end procurement and purchase-to-pay processes.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing team members, either through formal people management or a team leadership role.
- Experience driving cross-functional processes and working with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, AP, Legal, Accounting, and other business functions.
- Demonstrated experience identifying process gaps, resolving complex operational issues, and driving improvements through implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and operational insights to support decision-making.
