• Hands-on technical exposure — through coursework, military service, internships, or personal projects. Formal NOC experience is welcome but not required.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in both English and Hebrew — Must
• Some coding ability in Python, .NET, scripting in Bash, PowerShell or similar, or the demonstrated ability to learn them quickly — Must
• Ability to stay organized and work effectively under pressure, including against regulatory deadlines — Must
• Basic working knowledge of SQL, networking, and Linux and Windows servers
• Willingness to work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week (07:30–15:30, 15:30–23:30, 23:30–07:30), including a monthly overnight rotation and occasional Friday mornings. Overnight shifts are remote.
• Teamwork, and a willingness to ask questions early rather than guess
• Familiarity with monitoring platforms (New Relic, Datadog, PagerDuty, SolarWinds) (advantage)
• Exposure to ticketing and logging systems (ServiceNow, Jira, ELK) (advantage)
• Exposure to cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure). AWS Preferred.
• Interest in scripting and automating repetitive operational work (advantage)
