• 4+ years of experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a high-tech company.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite - must.
• Experience with Mesh and Dokka - must.
• Experience with multiple entities and multiple currencies, including foreign subsidiaries.
• Strong knowledge of Israeli VAT, withholding tax and National Insurance payments.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Able to work autonomously and own processes end to end; highly organized and accurate; meets close deadlines.
• Comfortable with new technology and a quick learner.
• Practical experience with AI assistants (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) in finance work. (advantage)
• Experience building or maintaining AI agents or automated workflows (e.g. reconciliations, invoice checks, reporting). (advantage)
• Experience working with external accounting firms abroad. (advantage)
