- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise systems within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven experience leading implementation projects and business process improvement initiatives.
- Experience working closely with business users, operational teams, and management.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production environments.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly in the following areas: Manufacturing \ Material Requirements Planning (MRP) \ Inventory and Warehouse Management \ Procurement \ Supply Chain \ Quality Management
- Familiarity with manufacturing concepts such as Bill of Materials (BOM), work orders, production planning, and procurement processes.
- High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Experience working with MES, PLM, or APS systems. (advantage)
- SQL knowledge for data extraction and analysis. (advantage)
- Experience with BI tools and reporting platforms. (advantage)
- Experience participating in large-scale ERP or manufacturing systems implementation projects. (advantage)
