דרישות
- 5+ years of experience building, maintaining, and scaling production backend systems in Python.
- Deep Architectural Foundations: Strong expertise in distributed systems, asynchronous programming, database optimization (relational & NoSQL), and clean API design.
- AI-First Mindset: You actively use modern AI dev tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) to accelerate your workflow, and you possess a strong curiosity about generative AI architectures.
- Autonomy & Bias for Action: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, break down complex business problems into modular services, and deliver independently.
- Product-Minded Engineering: You care deeply about user impact and business outcomes, not just writing code for the sake of code.
- Strong Communication Skills: Fluent English proficiency with the ability to articulate technical tradeoffs clearly across cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience as an early-stage startup engineer or founder. (advantage)
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications (RAG architectures, vector databases, prompt orchestration). (advantage)
- Strong background with AWS cloud-native infrastructure (ECS, Lambda, SQS, S3, Docker). (advantage)
