- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience managing multiple engineering teams or Team Leads.
- Proven experience leading engineering organizations supporting large-scale SaaS products.
- Deep expertise with AWS (required), including designing, operating, and optimizing production cloud environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
- Extensive experience designing and operating enterprise-grade CI/CD platforms using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Argo CD, GitLab CI, or similar technologies.
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent tools.
- Experience building highly available, secure, and scalable production platforms.
- Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, logging, incident management, and platform reliability.
- Experience implementing DevSecOps practices and cloud security best practices.
- Strong scripting or programming skills (Python, Go, Bash, or similar).
