Summary
Aqua Security is looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Business Partner to join our global HR team at our headquarters in Ramat Gan.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role within a global technology company.
- Proven experience partnering with managers and supporting employees across different organizational levels.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including performance management, employee relations, career development, and organizational changes.
- Experience coaching managers and handling sensitive employee-related matters.
- Strong understanding of Israeli labor laws and employment practices.
- Experience supporting organizational change and driving HR projects.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with HR systems such as HiBob and Comeet – an advantage.
- Experience in a cybersecurity or security-focused environment – an advantage.
