- M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of industry experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Deep theoretical understanding and practical experience of ML algorithms on tabular and structured data.
- Proactive team player with a strong curiosity and enthusiasm for adopting modern GenAI developer tools.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and standard ML frameworks.
- Strong hypothesis-driven problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex quantitative concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
