NewPhotonics is revolutionizing data center processing with cutting-edge photonic engines that address power and performance challenges. We are seeking a talented Junior Embedded Firmware Engineer experience to join our dynamic team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Embedded Firmware Development for microcontrollers.
- Strong C programming skills for ARM Cortex-M based MCUs and Arduino-boards.
- Experience with low-level embedded interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, ADC, DAC, BSP, drivers, HAL, bootloader).
- Solid understanding of system and hardware design principles .
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, ability to handle multiple tasks and commitment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English or Hebrew (spoken and written).
- Experience in debugging and integrating hardware-software systems during the development phase. (advantage)
- Familiarity with RTOS environments such as FreeRTOS , Zephyr , ThreadX or Micrium . (advantage)
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field. (advantage)
