- 6+ years of experience in HRIS and Compensation & Benefits within a global company, including at least 4 years of hands-on C&B experience across benchmarking, job architecture and leveling, salary reviews, stock options, and global benefits
- Experience building and scaling HR infrastructure in a fast-growing company, and leading global, cross-functional projects and process improvements end to end
- Experience managing workforce planning, departmental budgets, and procurement, as well as working with global payroll and EOR partners
- Strong AI orientation with at least 1.5 years of hands-on experience using Claude and similar tools to build and implement AI agents, skills, and organizational plugins
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to translate people data into dashboards, actionable insights, and executive presentations
- Proven experience owning an HRIS across the employee lifecycle, including data management, system integrations, and workflow automation
- Experience managing and developing team members, with a hands-on approach and the ability to balance strategic projects with day-to-day operations
